A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, redfish fillet, mild Indian curry paste (pot a 283 g), chili powder, fresh ginger root (grated), lemon (pressed) and oil.

Directions

  1. Make cuts in fish fillets with knife on one side. In bowl curry paste mix with chili, ginger, lemon juice and pinch of salt. Fry fish fillets with spice mixture and marinate for 30 min.
  2. Grill thinly with oil and heat. Grease fish fillets approx. 3 min. Per side. Delicious with coconut chutney.
