Fish stew with beans, fennel, Catalan sausages and cod fillets.

Slice the garlic and the onions in thin rings.

Cut the fennel into thin slices.

Drain the beans and finely chop the parsley.

Uncrumble the tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Cut the sausages into 2 cm pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the sausage in 4 min. Until done. Take out of the pan.

Fry the garlic with the onions for 3 minutes in the remaining shortening. Add the saffron and fennel and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and all beans. Leave on low heat with the lid on the pan for 10 minutes.

Put the sausage back in the pan and scoop. Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the cod with salt and pepper and place in the pan. Leave to cook with the lid on the pan for 8 minutes.

Sprinkle with the parsley. Bon appétit! .
