Ingredients
- 600 gram cod fillet thawed
- 1 lemon
- 100 gram smoked breakfast bacon
- 2 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 tablespoon liquid baking product
- 1 onion shredded
- 1 leeks shredded
- 1 clove garlic pressed
- 2 tablespoon parsley minced meat
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme minced meat
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 400 gram meat tomato in blocks, without seeds, de fielded
- 200 milliliters White wine
- 250 milliliters fish stock of tablet
- 250 gram sticking potato peeled, into cubes

Directions

Dab the fish dry and cut it into pieces.

Clean the lemon. Grate 1 teaspoon peel of half a lemon, squeeze out this half and cut the other half into slices.

Fry the bacon cubes for 3 minutes in a casserole. Remove them from the pan.

Add the oil to the shortening and fry the onion, the leek and the garlic.

Add the lemon zest and juice, the green herbs, the beef tomatoes, the wine and the fish stock and bring everything to the boil.

Mix in the potato cubes and put in the fish. Slowly simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with lemon slices on the fish.
