Preheat the oven to 220ºC.

Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onion and celeriac gently for about 5 minutes.

Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions on the packaging.

Sprinkle a baking sheet with flour and roll the dough out into an elongated piece.

Stir in the crème fraiche and cottage cheese and brush the dough with it. Divide the bacon strips and the celeriac mixture over them.

Fry the flammkuchen for about 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Beat the oil and vinegar together and make the lettuce with this dressing.

Take the flammkuchen out of the oven, cut into strips and serve on plates with a piece of lettuce.
