Green salad with avocado, chicken and orange sesame dressing

Boil the haricots verts with salt in 4-5 minutes until al dente. Drain, rinse cold water and drain well.

Mix all lettuce varieties with the cucumber.

Toast the grate for the dressing sesame seeds in a dry, hot frying pan. Mix with the other ingredients for the dressing.

Halve the avocados and remove the kernel. Cut the flesh into slices or cubes and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the radishes into slices or parts.

Divide the mixed salad over a dish. Put the haricots verts, avocado, smoked chicken and radishes on top.

Drizzle with the dressing and garnish with tufts of cress.
