Mix the flour with the yogurt, rosemary and 1 teaspoon of salt and knead into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 8 rolls and press it flat.

Mix the oil in a food processor with the garlic, coriander, parsley, salt and pepper. Add a splash of water if necessary.

Put the rolls on the side of the barbecue and fry them in 6-10 minutes until crispy and cooked.

Brush the rolls with the herb oil and drizzle with sea salt.
