Baked potato with chorizo
A tasty Spanish recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (firm, scrubbed), chorizo ((sausage, 250 g) and in pieces of 1 cm).

Cut the unpeeled potatoes into cubes of 2 cm.

Cook them for 7 minutes in water with salt and drain.

Fry the pieces of chorizo in a skillet without oil or butter for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Add the potato cubes and cook for 5 minutes.
