Potato-truffle puree
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: crumbly potatoes, salt, olive oil with truffle flavor (bottle of 250 ml) and freshly ground black pepper.

Peel potatoes, wash and cut into equal pieces.

Boil for about 15 minutes with little water and salt.

Drain potatoes, collect cooking water.

Mix potatoes with pestle to puree, stir in oil.

Stir in the cooking liquid so much that a smooth puree is created.
