A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: garlic, olive oil, red pepper (without seeds and finely chopped) and thyme (leaves).

Directions

  1. Peel cloves of garlic. Heat in a pan of garlic with oil, red pepper and thyme for 15 minutes on a low heat, without making garlic brown. Allow oil to cool. Rub garlic cloves with a fork. Spread the fish, meat or vegetables with marinade and marinate, covered, for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 2 hours.
  2. Marinade for about 1 kg of fish or meat.
