Stewed carrots with cumin
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: carrot, butter, djinten (ground cumin) (jar 25 g), lemon juice and fresh coriander.
Peel 2 carrots with a peeler and cut the carrots into 3 cm pieces.
Melt 25 g butter in a frying pan and stir in 2 tsp.
Djintan (ground cumin, 25 g jar, Conimex).
Add 1 tbsp lemon juice, 75 ml water and salt to taste and cook them in 12 minutes.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp chopped coriander over it..
