Red cabbage with apple syrup and cinnamon
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: red cabbage (about 1 kilo), apples (Elstar), apple syrup, red wine vinegar, cinnamon powder, all-inclusions and salt.

Remove from red cabbage outer leaves.

cut coal into quarters and cut out white stalk.
