Spicy mango salad
A nice thai recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, shallots, sereh, red peppers, lemon, fish sauce, dark brown caster sugar, mangoes (unripe) and fresh coriander (15 g).

Cut the shallots, halve in length and then cut into thin strips.

Remove outer leaves of lemongrass, mince stalks.

Halve peppers, remove seeds and finely chop.

Squeeze out the lemon.

Mix the shallots, lemongrass, pepper pieces, fish sauce and sugar with lemon juice.

Peel the mangoes and cut off the flesh along the kernel.

Cut the flesh into pieces.
-
Cut coriander finely.
-
Mix dressing by mango cubes.

Sprinkle coriander over it..
