Cut the zucchini into thin strips.

Mix the flour with a handful of grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Pour some milk into a bowl.

Remove the zucchini from the milk and then roll through the flour.

Heat a frying pan with sunflower oil to 175 ºC and fry the zucchini fries in about 3 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

Drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with some coarse sea salt. Grate some extra Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
