In a bowl, stir the yoghurt mayonnaise with the vinegar. Cut the chives into pieces and sprinkle over them.

Crush the caraway seed with the convex side of a spoon or into a mortar and stir through the dressing.

Spoon the white cabbages and the raisins through the dressing. Season the salad with pepper and salt. Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
