Cabbage salad with raisins, yoghurt mayonnaise and herbs.

Directions

  1. In a bowl, stir the yoghurt mayonnaise with the vinegar. Cut the chives into pieces and sprinkle over them.
  2. Crush the caraway seed with the convex side of a spoon or into a mortar and stir through the dressing.
  3. Spoon the white cabbages and the raisins through the dressing. Season the salad with pepper and salt. Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
