Mashed potatoes with puffed garlic
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (1 1/2 kilo), salt, garlic, olive oil (extra virgin), fresh basil (15 g), milk and four-season pepper.

Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and cook in pan with little water and salt for about 15 minutes.

Loosen garlic, do not peel.

Heat very gently in saucepan oil and garlic for about 5 minutes until garlic starts to color.

Take a pan of fire and remove garlic cloves from oil.

4 Withdraw beautiful basil leaves for garnish, chop the rest of basil very finely.

Preheat the dishes.

Drain potatoes and crush.

2 Squeeze out garlic garlic.

Garlic oil and stir in so much milk that very smooth puree is created.
