Cauliflower with olive sauce
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: beef tomato, black olives without seeds, capers, olive oil, (freshly ground) black pepper, cauliflower, salt and fresh basil (à 15 g).

Dip the tomato, immerse in boiling water for a few seconds, rinse under cold water and skinn. Halve, remove seeds and cut flesh into cubes. Olives coarsely chop. Mix olive pieces, tomato cubes, capers, olive oil and pepper in a bowl. Cut the stalk of cauliflower and leave cauliflower whole. Washing cauliflower.

Cauliflower in pan water with a little salt in 10 to 15 minutes. Cut basil leaves into strips. Remove the cauliflower from the pan and let it drain. Arrange cauliflower and pour olive oil sauce over the cauliflower. Spread the basil over it.
