A nice Greek recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: cucumber, white cheese cubes (blocks), olive oil, lime juice (fresh), dried tarragon and sea salt.

Directions

  1. Cut half a cucumber into cubes and baste these alternately with cubes of cheese to beautiful prikkers.
  2. Stir in the oil with the lime juice and oregano and season with (sea) salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
  3. Drip the oregano oil for serving over the pickles..
