Heat the grilled eggplant and zucchini for 5 minutes in a pan over low heat.

Cut the figs into segments.

Put the oak leaf lettuce melange, heated vegetables and dried tomatoes in a salad bowl.

Mix the sprouts, mediterranean pine nut mix and ¾ of the figs.

Hose the whole well with the balsamic dressing and top the salad with the rest of the figs. Bon appétit! .
