Roasted zucchini
Zucchini from the oven with oregano and garlic.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Place a piece of baking paper in a roasting tray.

Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise and cut the halves into 1 ½ cm thick slices. Put the zucchini pieces in the roasting pan.

Cut the garlic into slices. Add the oil, garlic and oregano and cover everything well.

Place the roasting dish on the grid in the middle of the oven and roast the zucchini pieces for approx. 35 minutes.

Spoon the vegetables in between once or twice. Squeeze out the lemon.

Take the zucchini out of the oven and drop lemonade over the vegetable to taste. Serve the roasted zucchini lukewarm or at room temperature.
