Stir-fried carrot with coriander
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: meat substitute, winter carrot, Thai redcurrypasta (or mild Indian curry paste), stir-fry oil, coconut milk, fresh coriander ((a 15 g) and coarsely minced meat).

remove root or thinly peel and then cut into thin slices. Mix in curry paste and oil. Create carrot slices. Put coriander in a bowl and pour coconut milk into a jug.

Cook in a pan for 5 minutes. Add coconut milk and reduce it slightly. Sprinkle with coriander to taste.
