Pak choi with ginger and chili pepper
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: paksoi, stir frying oil, onion (chopped), fresh ginger (finely chopped) and crushed chilli (mill).

Cut the bok choy into large pieces, wash them and dry them in the salad spinner.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the onion and ginger for 1 minute. Add the pak choi part by piece and stir-fry the vegetables over a high heat for about 5 minutes until al dente. Season the paksoi with salt and chili pepper.
