Directions

  1. Cut the salmon into 16 cubes and cut the limes into 8 parts.
  2. Thread a salmon cube on a skewer, fold a slice of bacon and fold it on the skewer. Put another salmon cube on it and repeat this again. Finish with a wedge of lime and continue until all the salmon is finished.
  3. Sprinkle the skewers with olive oil and grill for about 5 minutes around golden brown and done.
