Marinated sweet and sour onions
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: onions, lemons, oil, ginger syrup, kungit, black peppercorns and bay leaves.

Peel onions and cut into thin sections of equal size.

Place the pieces in the weck bottle.

Expel lemons.

In a bowl of lemon juice, oil, ginger syrup and koenjit beat together.

Mixture overions onions and pour in with peppercorns.

Put laurel leaves between onions, close the bottle and leave at least 4 hours; occasionally shovel.

Store sweet and sour onions in a refrigerator in a refrigerator.

Onions can be kept for about 4 days.
