Sweet fruit salad with pepper dressing
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: peaches, pineapple, oil, dark brown caster sugar, red pepper (in rings), lime (squeezed out), papaya mango pieces (200 g), coriander leaves ((bag a 15 g) and coarsely chopped).

Peel the peaches and cut the flesh lengthwise into strips.

Cut the peel well from the pineapple, so that you also remove the brown seeds ('eyes').

Cut the flesh along the hard core into long slices and cut into thin strips.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over medium heat and allow the sugar to melt.

Stir-fry on high heat the pepper rings brown and crispy.

Turn off the heat and stir in the lime juice through the sugar-pepper mixture.

Put the peach, pineapple and papaya mango in a bowl and pour the red pepper dressing over it.

Sprinkle the fruit salad with the coriander..
