Grilled chicory with nut pesto

Heat the grill pan. Brush the chicory on the cut edges with oil and grill at medium height. Brush the tops lightly with oil and turn the chicory.

For the pesto de grind with the garlic and oil with a hand blender, add the nuts and oregano.

Grind the nuts coarsely and season with salt and pepper.

Place the grilled chicory with the cut surface upwards on a dish and drizzle with the pesto. Delicious with pork chops.
