Green beans with lemon and pecorino
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: shallot, garlic, green beans, salt, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, oregano and pecorino (cheese piece).

Cut the shalot and garlic and finely chop.

Cleaning and washing green beans.

Bring water to the boil with a pinch of salt.

Boil the beans for about 8 minutes.

In the meantime, add shallots, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil to a sauce.

Season with salt and pepper.

Sausje sprinkle over green beans, let it cool down slightly.
