Mint radish chutney
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: red pepper (seed strips removed), radish (in small pieces), onion (chopped), lime (squeezed), mint ((15 g) and only the leaves).
Cut the red pepper into strips and put the radish and the onion in the food processor. Add half of the lime juice and 3 tbsp water. Mix in 5 sec. to a rough chutney.
Cut the mint leaves into strips and scoop them through the radish schutney. Season with salt and extra lime juice.
Keep covered in the refrigerator. Spoon the mint, salt and extra lime juice just before serving.
