Ingredients
Directions
-
Put a plate with kitchen paper on it. Break the rectangular or square slices of mihun in half.
-
Heat a large layer of oil, at least 5 centimeters, in the wok or saucepan. Check that the oil is hot enough. If you put a piece of bread in it, it has to be vibrant brown. Take out the piece of bread and always put a pick of it in the hot oil. Note: the rice noodles pop in a few seconds.
-
Put the noodles directly with a slotted spoon from the wok on the plate with kitchen paper.
-
Use the baked noodles to garnish the fennel soup with grilled portobello, for example. Or sprinkle the baked noodles with powdered sugar and use it to decorate desserts.
