Carrot salad with sweet and sour dressing
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: winter carrot (deleted), lemon juice, sugar, oil, garlic (pressed), fresh ginger root (finely grated), red pepper (finely chopped), spring onions (in thin rings), fresh coriander ((a 15 g ) and coarsely chopped).

Grate roots in food processor with grater. Heat up lemon juice in a small pan until sugar is dissolved. Take the pan of fire and mix in oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper and spring onions. Season with salt. Dressing by creating roots. Roast the carrot in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Before use, mix coriander with salad. Tasty with stir-fried chicken breast strips.
