Directions

  1. Beat a dressing of the mustard, oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fry the bacon cubes in a dry, hot pan.
  3. Add the garlic and onion and cook for about 4 minutes.
  4. Mix the bacon mixture and the dressing through the lentils.
  5. Divide the lamb's lettuce and parsley over bowls and put the peppers and lentils on them.
  6. Serve with the soft-boiled eggs.
