Beat the egg with the milk in a deep plate.

Cut the pear into pieces, remove the core and cut the parts into slices.

Cut the slices of bread diagonally. Cut the fresh mint into strips.

Mix the curd with the cardamom, fresh mint and honey. Take the slices of bread through the egg-milk mixture and let it lie in it.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the French toast on both sides until golden brown.

Put two French toast and some pear slices on each plate. Serve with the honey mint curd.
