Fresh tomato soup with onion, garlic, celery, minced meat and raw ham.

Cut the skin of the tomatoes crosswise, immerse them in boiling water and pull off the skin. Cut them into small pieces.

Slice the onion and garlic. Cut the celery into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion, garlic and celery for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

Pour the stock in the pan and let it boil for 15 minutes.

Slice the ham and crumble the biscuit. Knead the mince with the raw ham, biscuit, egg, pepper and salt, or grind everything in a food processor.

Turn meatballs the size of large marbles. Puree the soup in the pan with a hand blender.

Add the balls and let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes. Put the pan on a racket.
