Crab salad with tomato
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, tomatoes, extra fancy crab (170 g), spring onions, fresh basil (a 15 g), extra virgin olive oil with basil (250 ml bottle), freshly ground black pepper, scrocchi with garlic (bag and 200 g).

Wash tomatoes and remove crowns.

Cut off caps on side of crown and cut into blocks.

Dry tomatoes.

Let the crab drain.

Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.

Cut the basil and leave 8 small leaves.

Mix tomato cubes, crab, spring onions, chopped basil and 3 tablespoons of oil.

Season with pepper.

Stuff tomatoes high with crab salad.

Place tomatoes on four plates and garnish plates with drops of oil and leaves of basil.

Serve with scrocchi..
