Finely chop the garlic and cut the tomatoes into pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a soup pan and gently fry the garlic.

Spoon the tomatoes through and fry for 4-5 minutes until they become a bit darker.

Add the white beans in tomato sauce and the soup balls.

Pour the water with some salt.

Bring everything to the boil while stirring and let the soup simmer for another 5 minutes.

Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
