Creamy pasta with smoked salmon and broccoli


A real family meal with farfalle, salmon slices, leeks and broccoli in a nice creamy sauce.

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to the boil for the pasta.
  2. Meanwhile, clean the garlic and cut it fine. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic, leeks and rosemary for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour in the cooking cream and heat for another 1 min.
  4. Pour the leek mixture into a high beaker or into the bar mixer and puree until smooth. Season with pepper and salt.
  5. When the water is boiling, put the pasta with salt in the pan and boil the farfalle in 9 minutes until al dente.
  6. In the meantime, cut the broccoli into small florets and cook for the last 4 minutes with the farfalle.
  7. Drain the pasta and broccoli and put it back in the pan. Mix in the leek cream sauce and then also the salmon. Divide over deep signs.
