Spicy burgers with tomato sauce and spice puree

Mix the mince with the onion, the egg, breadcrumbs, a few drops of tabasco, coriander, salt and pepper. Form citizens and put them in the fridge.

Cook the potatoes with salt until done. Cross the tomatoes, put them in boiling water for a few seconds, peel them and cut them into pieces.

Heat half of the olive oil and fry the burgers for about 5 minutes per side. Remove them from the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.

Add the tomatoes with the tomato juice, salt and pepper to the shortening and cook gently for about 3 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and crush them with the rest of the olive oil, spring onions, Italian herbs, salt and pepper.

Serve the burgers with the tomato sauce with the spice puree.
