Fresh vegetables with cilantro dip
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: Greek yogurt, extra virgin olive oil, fresh coriander ((15 g), finely chopped), green asparagus tips (100 g), radishes and cucumber.

Stir in a yogurt dip with oil, coriander and salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the asparagus tips for 1-2 minutes in a layer of water with salt.

Wash the radishes (do not remove the green stalk, you can grab the radish for dipping).

Halve the cucumber, remove the seeds with a teaspoon and cut the flesh into strips of 5 cm.
