Spicy green olives in andalusian way
A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: red wine vinegar, ground cumin (djinten), dried chilli (chille), thyme, marjoram (from bag of Provençal herb mix), garlic and green olives without pip (240 g).

Pour in vinegar and 3 tablespoons of water, beat in the cumin and chill pepper.

Picking leaves of thyme and marjoram from twigs.

Chop the leaves, stir in vinegar.

Peel the garlic and press it over it.

Wash the olives under cold water and let them leak out.

Prepare olives by vinegar mixture.

Cover for at least 1 hour, marinate occasionally..
