Heat the wine, fondue and the vanilla bean for the sauce. Cook gently until 1/3 of the liquid is left and strain the moisture over another pan.

Scrape the pith from the vanilla pod and stir it with the cooking cream through the boiled water. Boil the sauce for about 10 minutes at a low setting and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the cod into 4 portions. Sprinkle the fillets with salt and pass them through the flour. Heat the butter and fry the fish for about 3 minutes per side.

Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry, meanwhile, the shrimp with garlic and paprika for 2-3 minutes. Serve the cod with the shrimp and vanilla sauce. Sprinkle with the chives.
