Fried plaice with leek stew

Cook the potatoes with some salt until done. Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil and stir-fry the leek and garlic for 3-4 minutes.

Drizzle the plaice with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix almonds, bread crumbs and curry powder. Beat the egg white with 1 tablespoon of water, salt and pepper.

Heat the butter and the rest of the olive oil. First pass the plaice through egg white and then through the almond bread mixture. Fry the plaice golden brown and cooked for 2-3 minutes per side.

Meanwhile, crush the pre-mix with the cooked potatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the plaice on the leek stew.
