Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Beat the eggs in a bowl.

Add the milk, grated cheese, ham and paprika and season with salt and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture into the muffin molds and bake them lightly and golden brown in the oven for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool.

Cut the slices of toasted bread diagonally in four and put them in a lunchbox.

Place some grapes or other fruit in a separate container.
