Directions

  1. Heat the oil and fry the fennel and garlic at medium height 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add the pepper and salami and fry for about 4 minutes.
  3. Extinguish if necessary with a dash of white wine. Season with salt and pepper and add the cooking cream.
  4. Slowly simmer for 4-5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Scoop the pasta through the sauce.
  5. Heat for about 2 minutes, sprinkle with the herbs and serve immediately.
