Directions

  1. Bring plenty of water to the boil in a pan. Fry the onion in the oil for about 4 minutes. Add the garlic, red pepper and anchovies and fry for a few minutes.
  2. Add the wine and to and cook at medium height a few minutes until the to a little soft. Meanwhile, cook the fusilli al dente.
  3. Remove the tuna with a fork and scoop the tuna through the tomato sauce. Warm for a few minutes and bring to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Scoop the fusilli and basil leaves through the sauce.
