Fusilli with vegetable sauce and ham cubes
Quick pasta dish with fusilli, vegetables, ham cubes, pasta sauce and fresh Grana Padano.

Cook the fusilli al dente according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the vegetables for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add the ham cubes and cook for 1 min.

Pour the pasta sauce into the vegetable ham mixture and heat well for 2 minutes.

Drain the pasta and mix through the sauce. Grate the Grana Padano over and serve.
