Garden pea soup with cocktail shrimp and dill
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, shallots (chopped), butter, whipped cream (200 ml), white wine, fish stock (from tablet), garden peas (frozen), cocktail shrimp ((frozen, bag a 500 g), thawed) and dill (frozen).

In shallot shallot in butter golden brown fruit.

Stir in the whipped cream and let it drink for 1 min.

Add wine and fish stock and bring it to the boil.

Soup base for 3 min.

Add garden peas (handful) to soup and cook for 3 minutes.
