Garlic beans with lemon
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: green beans, lemon (scrubbed), olive oil, garlic (in slices) and Japanese soy sauce.

Remove the hard tips from the green beans, but leave the graceful end attached.

Cook the beans in salted water (without lid) for 4-5 minutes, drain and let them drain well.

Use a peeler to cut broad strips of the lemon peel (make sure you only get the yellow from the peel, the white tastes bitter).

Heat the oil in a stir-frying stir-fry, stir-fry the beans for 2-3 minutes with the garlic and strips of lemon zest, stir in the soy sauce for the last 30 seconds.
