Mix the butter, caster sugar and salt.

Knead the flour through until it is a coherent dough. If the dough is too dry, you can add a dash of milk.

Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

In the meantime, cut out a template of a ghost from solid paper.

Roll out the dough on a floured sheet to a 4 mm thick piece.

Place the template on the dough and carefully cut out the ghost.

Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees.

Allow the cookies to cool completely. Decorate how you want it yourself.
