Directions

  1. Mix the butter, caster sugar and salt.
  2. Knead the flour through until it is a coherent dough. If the dough is too dry, you can add a dash of milk.
  3. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. In the meantime, cut out a template of a ghost from solid paper.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured sheet to a 4 mm thick piece.
  6. Place the template on the dough and carefully cut out the ghost.
  7. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool completely. Decorate how you want it yourself.
