A tasty recipe. The vegetarian drink with alcohol contains the following ingredients: green tea, ginger syrup (from pot Chinese voice ginger 240 g), liquid (honey), lime, granulated sugar, ice cubes, ginger (from pot Chinese voice ginger and 240 g).

Directions

  1. Put half a liter of green tea.
  2. Scoop 2 tbsp syrup from the pot with ginger and stir in the honey with the still warm tea.
  3. Let it cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Cut the lime in half lengthwise and cut 1 half into four parts.
  5. Sprinkle the sugar in a circle on a dish.
  6. Coat the rim of the glasses with lime juice and dip the edges in the sugar.
  7. Allow to dry for a while.
  8. Pour each glass full to 5 cm under the rim.
  9. Grind the ice cream in an ice crusher, food processor or tea towel.
  10. Immediately before serving serve a soup spoon of crushed ice in the glass.
  11. Serve with a piece of lime, a straw and a scoop of ginger on a stick.
  12. Delicious with sushi snacks..
