Asian cucumber cocktail


Cocktail of lemongrass, lime, cucumber, jalapeño pepper and Malibu.

Directions

  1. Cut the lemongrass into rings. Squeeze out the lime and collect the juice.
  2. Put 2 tbsp lime juice (per 4 cocktails) together with the cucumber, lemongrass rings and the water in the blender and mix until smooth.
  3. Add more water if necessary.
  4. Cut the rest of the lemongrass in length into 4 pieces and cut a piece from the top. Cut the pepper into rings.
  5. Pour the cucumber mixture through a ball sieve into a jug. Divide the glasses with the ice cubes.
  6. Pour in the Malibu and add the pepper rings. Garnish with the lemongrass.
