Asian cucumber cocktail
Cocktail of lemongrass, lime, cucumber, jalapeño pepper and Malibu.

Cut the lemongrass into rings. Squeeze out the lime and collect the juice.

Put 2 tbsp lime juice (per 4 cocktails) together with the cucumber, lemongrass rings and the water in the blender and mix until smooth.

Add more water if necessary.

Cut the rest of the lemongrass in length into 4 pieces and cut a piece from the top. Cut the pepper into rings.

Pour the cucumber mixture through a ball sieve into a jug. Divide the glasses with the ice cubes.

Pour in the Malibu and add the pepper rings. Garnish with the lemongrass.
