Ginger spinach
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: spinach (frozen 450 grams), raisins and unsalted cashew nuts.

Put the spinach in a pan and let it thaw on a low heat in about 10 minutes. Stir in occasionally with a wooden spoon.

Put the raisins in a sieve and rinse them under the tap. Let them drain.

Put the cashew nuts in the tea towel and fold it closed. Roll the rolling pin over the cloth and make the nuts a bit smaller.

Put the warm spinach in a bowl and scoop the cashew nuts and the raisins through them. Ready! .
